There is anticipation and buzz about PUMA, Tommy Hilfiger, and AREA making a comeback to New York Fashion Week after having taken a hiatus. The CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) has signified its pride in assembling a lineup that reflects the organization’s founding principle: “To promote American fashion on a global scale.” This year is the group’s 60th anniversary, and this New York Fashion Week is intended to help celebrate the industry’s resiliency and diversity, along with its “collective excellence.”
