Founders John Cronin, who has Down Syndrome and his dad, Mark, have a really inspiring story about the start of their business. John always wanted to go into business with his dad. His mission was to create something fun and creative. John had been wearing crazy socks his whole life, so it only made sense that he would create and sell crazy socks, as well! The business started small and local and eventually became worldwide. And now, over half of their company has employees of differing abilities that help make this business shine.

John and Mark also have strong ties to charitable organizations and have partnered with them to create awareness socks. Five percent of the company’s earnings are donated to the Special Olympics to show appreciation for what they have done for John and his family.
