Times Square in New York City is home to many a celebration, festival, and concert series. And now, through the 29th of September, you have a chance to bring a new rhythm to your Thursday nights. It’s the JAZZ in Times Square concert series.
This concert series is a favorite of jazz musicians, genre enthusiasts, and those interested in hearing some of the latest sounds. New artists are always emerging, and established performers take up their instruments to work their magic. If you appreciate jazz and are on the hunt for something to do on the upcoming Thursdays, JAZZ in Times Square is a great addition to your plans and social calendar.
When & Where
Curated by Jazz at Lincoln Center and presented by Morgan Stanley, JAZZ in Times Square takes place throughout the year on select dates. If you missed the spring series, you still have a chance to experience these jazz performances in the fall. Now through September 29th, you can venture to Broadway Plaza, between 45th and 46th Streets, for a jazz experience like no other. You’ll feel like you’re enjoying an intimate club atmosphere, yet with all the ambiance and lights of Times Square.
