There’s always something fun, unique, and educational to do in New York City. But did you know about the free activities you can be penciling in this weekend? The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum has been offering “Free Fridays” all summer long. But they’ll be wrapping up in September. So, make sure you check it out this Friday while it’s still free!
Free Friday Museum Information
According to the Intrepid Museum’s website, doors open promptly at 5:00 PM, with the latest entry allowed at 8:30 PM. Visitors can enter through the Welcome Center to get their free tickets. And because so many do come, the Intrepid Museum must abide by capacity restraints. Additionally, some areas of the museum may close early.
Check out the Intrepid Museum’s other programs in celebration of its 40th anniversary this year, like Astronomy Nights and Movie Nights. There will be guest speakers, stargazing on the flight deck, and incredible demonstrations.
