The genius behind Nebula comes from Upper Class International Designers (Hong Kong) Limited, who were also behind Playhouse and Space/Space+ located in China. The owners of the night club are entrepreneur Yang Gao and nightlife impresario, Richie Romero. They had a unique vision for Nebula, creating a revolutionary nightclub in the heart of New York City

Their main floor is a beautiful and large space capable of holding a standing capacity of 600 people. Along with that, they have a mezzanine level, as well three private rooms, equipped with the party staple, karaoke. When it comes to being a great venue, Nebula hits all the marks. Their amenities include a dance, floor, VIP room, stage, coat check, and more. The venue offers in-house food catering as well as in-house beverages.
